Chocolate

A square of chocolate is a serving of tiny happiness. When chocolate gradually melts in one’s mouth, an unexpected surprise slowly tinkles the very heart. Just to taste the flavor of sweet— fruit, vanilla, even Tieguanyin. We may feel those satisfactions dancing in our mouth. That is why chocolate is loved by most people. It can bring peace and joy when we feel down and sad. Even we all know having a bar of chocolate can’t really help us to solve and ease any quarrels happening in our life, being a loyal fan of chocolate, I hold a strong faith to believe it can bring the courage to heal the very mood of mine. And it did work. I like to space a lazy afternoon with friends in a chocolate store, an escape from the busy concrete jungle. I don’t have to care about the schedule, the to-do-list and those piles of trivia. I just need to enjoy the time with the best companion and the best dessert. We have a great time in our chocolate shrine, we are fascinated with the joy only we know, and we celebrate our adores with the chocolate soulmate. We are the chocoholic and we are proud of that. Then, we go home respectively and stretch another work with the remaining ecstasy from chocolate, the ongoing happiness of living.

一格巧克力，一份微小的幸福。當巧克力漸漸地在嘴中溶化，幸福感也慢慢地在那心中雀躍地響起。只是品嘗那些甜密的風味─ 果酸、香草、甚至鐵觀音，我們就可以感覺到所有滿足的事物都在嘴中奔放，這就是為什麼巧克力受到那麼多人喜愛。它可以在我們感覺低潮時帶來平常心和喜悅，即便我們都知道吃巧克力並不能幫助我們解決或平息任何發生在生活之中擾人的事情，但身為一個巧克力狂熱者，我擁抱強烈的信念，它可以帶給我們勇氣掃去所有的不快。我喜歡空出一個慵懶的午後，和朋友到訪巧克力店，庸碌的都市叢林中的一個遁所。不用去擔心行程和代辦事項和瑣事，我只要去享受和最棒的人及最棒的甜點所擁有的時光。我們一起擁有巧克力聖殿中的時光，我們互相交流那些專屬於我們的喜悅，每個巧克力靈魂的相遇。身為巧克力愛好者，我們引以為榮。結束之後，我們各自回家，展開下一份工作，伴隨著巧克力帶給我們暖心的力量，繼續著未完待續的幸福。
